Your Home Owners Association is dedicated to the preservation of our community's value and beauty. Brookshire Estates is committed to preserving and improving the greater Issaquah/Sammamish Area through maintaining and improving the common areas while encouraging a spirit of a friendly community. Our goal is to represent all the homeowners by following and enforcing the Covenants, Conditions and Restriction's that have made our neighborhood one of the most desired areas to live on the Eastside.
