A friendly remainder to all our outstanding homeowners within Brookshire.
Your Board has received several concerns about some homeowners leaving their garbage cans out for days in full view of their neighbors and other HOA members. It is a requirement of our CC&R’s that such items must not be left out of plain view at all times except the day of garbage pickup.
Please place your garbage bins on the side of your house, in your backyard or in your garage.
Do not leave them sitting in front of your garage doors, on your driveway or anywhere in plain sight of others.
